What is a Candidate Matrix?

After your initial consultation, you will receive an “kick-off” email with a dynamic and collaborative candidate matrix highlighting the most important primary and secondary attributes to focus on for each candidate. This ensures that your consultant is on the same page as you in handling the vetting process.

What is an Opportunity Outline?

An Opportunity Outline is essentially a “selling document” that is presented to prospective candidates. The opportunity outline contains the following information: Company Overview with social media links, Job Function Overview; Reporting Structure; Professional Qualifications; Compensation; any additional pertinent information for the candidate. Your HHC Consultant will curate this with you to ensure that the company and the role is represented in the best possible light.

 

What are 360 degrees references?

A 360-degree reference is feedback that comes from members of an employee's immediate work circle. Most often, 360-degree feedback will include direct feedback from an employee's subordinates, peers (colleagues), and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation. It can also include, in some cases, feedback from external sources, such as customers and suppliers or other interested stakeholders.

 

What is a Company Research List?

After your initial consultation, you will receive a “kick-off” email with a dynamic and collaborative list of competitive companies from which we will be recruiting. Throughout the search process you will be able to see outreach progress and dynamically adjust the list.

What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers a replacement search for any candidate that leaves the clients employ for reasonable cause within the guarantee period. That means performance issues, poor cultural fit, or a candidate resignation. As long as there is no major company reorganization that resulted in the position being eliminated, you are covered.
