What is the "Franchisee Development Program?"

The FDP was created by our client as an initiative to provide hard working, ambitious and entrepreneurially minded professionals the resources to succeed. The owner truly lived the "American Dream" starting at the counter of one store when he couldn't find a job anywhere else and grew his company into a 300 million dollar empire through unwavering work ethic and drive. By creating a platform like the FDP to help restaurant managers/directors become their own boss and provide them with capital plus blueprint for franchise success, he can give back to those who were in his shoes 25 years ago.

Option 1

Take over 1-5 existing stores in the portfolio and focus on improving specific, agreed upon metrics, over the course of one (1) year while earning a full-time market rate salary and benefits. Upon "graduation" you will receive an investment to buy a group of restaurants (or other franchise) either sourced by yourself or the team. The company will help you form your own corporation and take an equity stake. Follow-on investments will be received as you grow your new company.

Option 2

Receive an immediate loan from the company to become a partner into one existing restaurant, to start. The company will help you form an LLC and will become your equity partner in this restaurant. Receive a market salary while running the store, and share in increased profits in the restaurant you are running. As you see success, you will have the opportunity to grow your portfolio with support from the company. 

Both options come with weekly calls/support from the owner of the company himself. This is one of the best resources an aspiring entrepreneur can have.
